Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.

Your Mission:

• You will support our global recruiting efforts and take full ownership hiring for a specific team


• You will develop a deep understanding of our business goals and apply it into defining the right hiring plan for each open role


• You will be the face of On to our candidates and engage with them throughout the entire recruiting process, providing best in class candidate experience


• You will keep hiring managers and other stakeholders up to date with weekly updates and support them on making decisions based on data


• You will partner with the broader talent team and take part of ad hoc projects and initiatives

Your Story:

• You are passionate about recruiting 


• Ideally you have 5+ years of experience recruiting a variety of roles 


• You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mind set who thrives when being challenged


• No challenge is too big for you, you have a creative an innovative approach to problem solving and are quick in finding solutions


• You are known by your organizational skills and your ability to prioritize


• You have a very strong service mindset and enjoy building and maintaining relationships


• You enjoy being part of a supportive team and sharing your expertise and insights with other team members
