Job Description
メディカル・アフェアーズ活動計画(Country Medical Affairs Plan：CMAP) に基づき、下記活動を行う。
・製品や医学専門性知識を科学的戦略の基に、サイエンティフィック・リーダー/メディカル・リーダー(SL/ML, 通称KOL)のサイエンスパートナーとして信頼関係を構築する。
・メディカル・アフェアーズ、研究開発部門の関係者とデータジェネレーションに関する企画実行。 SL/MLを中心とした研究者主導型研究(Investigator Initiated Study)に関する相談に対し科学的アドバイスを行う。
・活動から得られた情報を社内ステークホルダーに共有し、製品価値を最大化する。
≪CMAP作成に向けた情報収集≫
・SL/MLへ最新情報の提供およびディスカッションを行い、意見や考え方の情報収集を行う。
・学会等への参加を通じ、最新の情報収集と分析を行う。
≪製品活動への参加≫
・製品チームに対し、戦略・ポジショニングなどに必要な情報を提供する。
・社内ステークホルダーへの学術的サポートを行う。
・緊急安全性情報の発信が必要な際、メディカルの観点から適切な情報提供を行う。
≪必須条件≫
薬剤師、PhD、MDいずれかの資格を持ち、これらの分野で十分な専門性と経験を有すること。
優れた対人調整力を持ち、KOLを含む社内外関係者との良好な関係を構築できること。良好なコミュニケーション能力を有し、人間関係を構築することができること。(英語目安：TOEIC 730以上が望ましい)。
医学論文を読み、内容を説明できる(プレゼンテーションスキルがある)こと。
科学的思考とロジカルシンキングができること。
高い倫理観を保ち、バランスのとれたコンプライアンス判断力を有すること。
全国出張が可能であること。また土日の業務が可能であること(その場合、代休取得することが可能)。
≪望ましい資質≫
製薬企業のメディカル・アフェアーズ又は臨床開発での経験を有するか、そうでない場合でもマーケティング或いはセールスで5年以上の経験を有すること。
オンコロジー、イムノロジー領域での臨床研究、基礎研究で十分な専門性、経験を有すること。
戦略的思考ができ、実務面や経済面(予算)を考慮し、バランスを良く行動できること。
結果志向で行動できること。
新しいことにチャレンジできること。
責任感が強く、自ら積極的に行動できること。
役割と責任を自覚し、複数の業務を効率的に進めることができること。

・Support listed activities based on the CMAP (Country Medical Affairs Plan) under the direction of the MSL Manager and Medical Advisors：
・SL/ML (Scientific Leader/Medical Leaders) engagement
Maximize relationships with stakeholders based on scientific strategy for products and medical expertise
・In case request arousing from SL/ML, MSLs advise related things in data generation activities in cooperation with related Medical Affairs and Japan Development personnel
・Maximize product value to share collected information through the activities with in-house stakeholders
・To collect and to input necessary information for generating and revising CMAP
・Update/collect information to attend association meetings and related medical congress
・In case required to inform emergency safety report, provide appropriate information from the medical point of view
・Participate the product information activities
・Contribute to provide necessary information for positioning/differentiation to project team
・Provide latest information to the top SL/MLs to keep good relationships
・Scientific support to the internal stakeholders
【Requirement】
・Good science background in Oncology to have peer to peer communication with investigators
・Holding PhD, or MD is more preferable
・If there is no certification above, experience in health care provider specialized in Oncology (e.g. Oncology-nurse, CRC, Oncology-Pharmacist）
・Working experience in Pharmaceutical industries besides other industries is welcomed
・Interpersonal skill for strong relationship-building
・English skill is not required but very advantage
・Well balanced judgment regarding compliance with highly ethical mind
