Yes, if you are an amazing and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor you are right for the job. Do you have brilliant ideas and you enjoy improving and optimizing processes? We would love for you to provide creative methods of building prospect pools, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the staffing process.


In this role you will be developing and fostering strong relationships with line clients and our HR colleagues to ensure understanding of organizational needs and develop strategies to effectively source talent internally and externally where growth occurs. Like we said in the beginning, we are growing, and you will help shaping it.


Skills Crucial To Succeed In This Role…



  • Ability to consult and collaborate at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment; foster teamwork and collaboration

  • Strong business acumen

  • Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication

  • Strong relationship building, facilitation and influencing skills particularly with hiring managers and leaders on recruiting process.


Must-Haves…



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 6 years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience would be strongly preferred

  • Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including use of the Internet, conducting telephone and on-site interviews utilizing behavioural-based interviewing techniques.

  • Experience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred)

  • Business fluency in English

  • You are an expert in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment

  • You have global recruiting experience

  • You have experience in both Agency and Corporate recruitment

  • You have previous recruitment experience in the following areas: Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and/or Marketing

  • You have Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry recruiting experience

  • You speak other languages in addition to English


WHAT YOU’LL DO…



  • You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for business niche positions

  • You’ll partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop, a strategy

  • You’ll work in understanding the local labour market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends

  • You’ll educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data. You will do this by delivering behavioural-based interview training to client groups across the business.

  • You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc. RPO colleagues (where needed)

  • You’ll drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience

  • You’ll contribute to process improvement initiatives and will drive efficient process adherence.

Our company has had a presence in Switzerland since 1963. With a regional office and manufacturing/packaging facility, Lucerne is considered the center of operations. Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Weystrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens). A fifth location has been recently established in Zurich, aimed at accelerating the development and commercialization of many of our company’s medicines and vaccines, which supports our mission to save and improve lives around the world. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness.

LOCAL SITES


Citybay


The Swiss subsidiary is based in Lucerne's city center and is home to the human medicine organization. Various departments are located here, including oncology, vaccines, hospital care, primary care, women's health as well as other fields such as clinical research, regulatory affairs, market access, medical affairs and policy & communications.


Ring Center


The Ring Center building located in Kriens is the headquarter of regional marketing departments across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The employees based here make essential contributions to our international business around the world. This location provides support to more than 70 subsidiaries.


Schachen


At our Werthenstein BioPharma site in Schachen we research, develop and analyze new biological agents and new products, deliver clinical trial products for global clinical studies and operate one of our global forensic laboratories.


Weystrasse


The Weystrasse building located in the city center of Luzern is headquarter to the local and regional departments of the Animal Health Organization in Switzerland. The site’s primary functions include Global Supply Chain Management, regional External Manufacturing and the European Finance Hub.


Zurich


The recently opened new location in Zurich focuses on accelerating research, data and commercialization of our medicines and vaccines. The new office will be staffed by teams working in strategic and operational roles in medical affairs, clinical development, access and marketing operations functions. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness.
