Active in more than 25 sports, we cover all aspects of a successful sporting event from the distribution of media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations through to digital solutions. For our newly established Group Procurement department, we are looking for a hands-on and motivated Procurement Manager, who can support the Procurement Director to devise and drive the procurement transformation strategy, drive the build up of procurement processes and systems and also support RFPs initiatives.



This position will collaborate with all Infront business units, local markets (Germany, ltaly, Austria, France, Singapore, Turkey, UK) and other subsidiaries (iX.co, HBS) to establish a procurement & sourcing plan to constantly improve the sourcing capabilities of the group.



We are looking for a Manager, Procurement to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

• Partner with key internal stakeholders to define business requirements, and identify joint sourcing opportunities to enhance the efficient delivery of our services, providing lnfront with a competitive advantage.


• Establish new global procurement guidelines and manuals to deliver against key financial and operational targets.


• Lead or support formalized RFP Processes in various spend categories.


• Actively support roll-out of global and country wide procurement development initiatives.


• Create an environment and understanding of the importance of risk management, contract negotiations, sourcing execution, operational purchasing execution and ongoing supplier performance management, align with regional/local procurement managers if already in place (i.e. lnfront ltaly).

Education and Experience

• A master's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement or Legal or related area required or comparable professional education.


• At least 5 years working experience in Procurement excellence and/or procurement category management roles (within a Procurement department) with international projects.


• Experience with services sourcing required. Experience with marketing or media sourcing highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Has the ability to propose, justify, initiate and implement change and problem solving


• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills


• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management


• Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management

Other requirements

• Strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and 'client-first' thinking (external & internal)


• Positive attitude towards lnfront's company values

Language

• English a must / German or ltalian a big asset and plus
