The Performance Improvement Manager will generate value with ensuring performance improvement initiatives deliver profitability and safety results. They will contribute to increasing expertise and know how in RMX business units across the globe and facilitate best practice sharing. Working alongside with related RMX business functions in Industrial Performance, Sales and Marketing and Quality Control to further improve through a variety of processes and tools developed by the RMX department. The main objectives for the performance improvement manager is to drive performance through on site projects and to develop and report key financial and operational indicators.


Responsibilities



  • Lead for safety excellence at all sites of the operation

  • Lead the analytics capability for the Performance team on projects and reporting tools

  • Use and analyze operational KPIs to drive change in the operating Countries

  • Work on developing strategy projects to improve long term operational performance of the business

  • Manage the implementation of Operational Reviews for business turnarounds

  • Understand the strategic relevance of RMX within the operating Country

  • Support in other corporate projects and analytics


Education/Qualifications



  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering required

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred


Experience



  • >5 years operational experience preferably in RMX or other related construction industry

  • Have conducted and lead Performance Improvement review of companies

  • Has had operational or sales experience in the Industry


Knowledge & Skills



  • Ability to adapt to change and implement change management techniques when required

  • Analytical skills and ability to transfer into tangible results

  • Analysis and problem solving, business and financial acumen, strategic problem solving

  • Customer focused, drives for change and innovation, manages execution


Language Requirements

English is a must, oral and written. German, French, and Spanish would be an advantage.
