We are looking for a Senior UCC Service / Product Manager to join our Core Applications team in Zürich.

In this position you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Drive the overall Unified Communication architecture for Vifor Pharma Group


• Conduct industry and domain analysis for technology choices and directions


• Create technology roadmaps for the systems/components


• Capture architectural requirements and evaluate alternative approaches, prototype alternatives as needed and create architectural models and architecture documentation


• Support the UCC systems on a 2nd and 3rd level IT Support level


• Coordinate with internal and external providers


• Project activities - Analyze, design, realize and implement IT solutions, including: Devising functional and conceptual design specifications; Component / System modelling; Development; Project – Management activities related to the technical area


• Do on-call activities on weekly basis or support them during working hours and be available for planned maintenance on weekends


• Investigate the impact of new ICT-Components on existing systems; recommend solutions considering the overall enterprise architecture


• Write documentation such as technical system design, troubleshooting guides, and other supporting documentation


• Create and follow procedures and escalation processes and guidelines for exceptional situations (recovery/restart)


• Support and consult internal colleagues and customers 


• Improvement of installation and handover processes


• Define and implement concepts to tune and improve performance as well as identification and resolution of incidents in all system components

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry 


• Minimum 5 years of project management experience


• Expertise in Skype for Business and Teams


• Knowhow integration of UC systems from different companies


• Good Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems


• Fluent level in English, both in oral and written communication

The following skills would be advantageous:

• Demonstrated experience in IT architecture design


• Experience regarding design, development, implementation and administration of SLA and OLA


• ITIL Certification


• Pharma experience
