Global Business Developer OEM (m/f)

In your position as a Global Business Developer OEM you are responsible for a wide range of tasks, which includes:



  • Define the strategy in cooperation with your superior and countries and secure execution to develop the OEM business in cooperation with the responsible Sales Manager per country to the next level

  • Develop a plan how to further penetrate existing clients and how to win potential new clients in close cooperation with your counterparts per country

  • Lead, coordinate and support cross country projects holistically to meet customer expectation

  • Close alignment and cooperation with Group Product Management, Pricing, Marketing and other relevant stakeholders are key success factors

  • Overall it is your responsibility to drive the OEM sales operationally with the countries

  • Leverage Geberit’s international footprint and identify synergies and best practices to develop the OEM business


For this versatile and challenging job, you must have a university degree (bachelor/master), preferably in business administration or business engineering. Additionally, we expect from you:



  • About five years of professional experience in business development, sales or product management, preferably on an international, multi-country scale (sanitary industry knowledge is a plus)

  • Strong analytical and methodological competencies paired with sales and marketing abilities

  • High customer orientation and excellent communication as well as presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment as well as capability to lead and influence teams within a matrix organization

  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English and German, other languages are a plus

  • Readiness to travel (approximately 30-50%)
