  • The opportunity to become part of a highly motivated team focusing on all Security, Authentication and eFraud topics for Online and Mobile banking

  • This is a both challenging and rewarding role in efraud detection and prevention for the Swiss Universal Bank

  • Responsible for the eFraud Incident Management processes and investigating cases as they arise and ongoing optimization of guidelines and security measures to prevent occurrence of incidents

  • Providing advice, consultancy and support on the topics of eFraud and cyber security to our internal partners, including Online Banking Support, RMs, Operations, Compliance, Legal and CISO

  • Acting as an ambassador for cyber awareness and health, collaborating and coordinating with internal and external security partners and subject matter experts in cyber-attack prevention and resolution as well as providing advice to internal partners regarding current threat trends in the area of cyber-security

  • Proposing and implement approaches for improving cyber awareness with our clients across all channels

  • Designing and implementing metrics and performance indicators which ensure transparency around our eFraud risk to senior management

  • Looking to the future, you will be involved in researching capabilities into malware and cyber-attack in order to define any meaningful counter measures/mitigations and evaluation and implementation of new cyber security technologies

You Offer

 

  • Higher education in Business or IT ideally combined with a financial industry background and an understanding of the banks processes

  • Ideally you have some experience in cyber security and have a strong interest in digital and financial crime, threats and risk factors and show knowledge of common cyber-attack patterns and mitigations

  • We are looking for someone with the ability to learn and rapidly comprehend complex eFraud cases, a shown work ethic, excellent organisation skills and a detail orientated, inquisitive mind

  • Are you someone with outstanding communication skills and a desire to go the extra mile for your clients?

  • With a positive, dedicated and driven personality, you show interest in following the latest trends in the cyber-security area

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required
