ROLE DESCRIPTION 

• Define and document business requirements (experience also needed using Confluence/ JIRA) 


• Show a good understanding of Trading F2B for listed products (EQ, Fixed Income, ETDs, Primary Market Funds, New Issues and Structured Products) and an understanding of individual product workflow: 
  
  
  
  • Order Capture  
  
  
  • Pre-trade checks (client, market, regulatory)  
  
  
  • Execution and routing to market(s) 
  
  
  • Post-Trade functionalities 
  
  


• Have result-driven meeting coordination skills with both business and IT stakeholders 


• Show awareness of transformational program frameworks and have understanding of the interaction/cross dependencies within the program and external departments (e.g. Operations, Finance, Regulatory Compliance, COO, etc.) 


• Closely working with IT to define features and product roadmap

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

• Individual that has worked in big transformation projects before and understands front-to-back view


• Project Management and PMO experience with focus on delivery management


• Product knowledge in the FX (linears) space, from a product and process point of view (structured products and FX derivatives as a plus)


• Project experience in front office, trading or operations


• Technical knowledge on conceptual level (understanding / designing business architecture, able to contribute to technical discussions)


• Great stakeholder management skills


• Hands-on and independent
