Global Internship Program:


Exciting Opportunity to be part of the LabCorp/Covance 20-- Global Internship Program as an Intern-Project Management in Geneva, Switzerland!

The program will run for a period of 4-6 months starting in Spring/Summer 2020 and should be part of your final year’s project.


 


About Team:


About the Team:



  • The Global Project Management (GPM) team is responsible for all study management operations in CLS. From initiation of study to its successful closure, GPM is responsible for entire management of the Clinical trial for almost all major Pharmaceutical companies globally. The responsibilities also include client management, regulation compliance, quality adherence and much more.

  • The internship will be in one of the following group: Center-of-Excellence within GPM where the focus is on enabling GPM in technology, tools and trainings to meet their every operation successfully; or Study Set-up within GPM where the focus is on study design and study management of clinical trials within Central Laboratory.


 Internship Assignment Summary



  • Help develop performance Scorecards and documentation on new system and analyze feedback results and compile them into useful data

  • Assist in targeted team SharePoint sites enhancement and analyze feedback results and compile them into useful data

  • Assist on specific Project Management tasks as assigned

  • Assist in team building events creation and coordination

  • Update Project Management standard operating procedures and work instructions to add work flow reference.


About you


Education/Qualifications/Skills: 



  • Verbal and Written English, French optional

  • SharePoint knowledge (ideally)

  • Pursuing college degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Project Management, Database Design, Engineering, or related courses therein.

  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues

  • Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
