Responsibilities & Profile


Your contribution to KPMG

Job description to be adapted according to activity rate :

  • Assume a leading role in advising the management of our four business lines in regard to people questions, such as performance and talent management, compensation, staffing, career and succession planning, development, conflict management and termination processes

  • Actively manage the people agenda in your area of responsibility, adjusted to the requirements of the business line (employee survey, promotion process, etc.)

  • Coordinate the strategic action areas of the different HR services and projects

  • Closely collaborate with other HR Business Partners in Zurich as well as various HR Centers of Excellence

  • Regularly participate in meetings, workshops, etc. with the HR team at the Zurich offices

  • Support the management when hiring staff at the level of Director and Partner

  • Manage the HR Advisory Services team, which is responsible for all administrative and advisory activities for our business line staff


This is what makes you successful



  • Degree in Business Administration or similar plus continuing professional education in strategic HR topics

  • At least three years business experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational services company

  • Well-founded expertise in strategic HR topics

  • Excellent French and English skills (at proficiency level) as well as fluency in German (at least B2 level)

  • Convincing and assertive while demonstrating pragmatism and business-mindedness

  • Excellent strategic, advisory and conceptual skills

  • Working well under pressure with a structured and quality-oriented working style
