Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• As an Engagement Manager, you lead and deliver a variety of IT assurance and advisory engagements, working in close collaboration with international and multidisciplinary account teams


• You successfully prepare and deliver IT Transformation, IT Risk management, regulatory and assurance proposals to our clients


• By continuously seeking and driving improvement and innovation you maintain and further develop our portfolio of services and contribute to the marketing of our solutions


• You proactively build a personal external network in the Swiss Financial Services market


• As part of the team leadership for our diverse and highly motivated FS Technology team, you participate in people management and team development activities

This is what makes you successful

• University degree in Information Technology, business IT, business administration or likewise


• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in IT risk management, IT Security and/or IT transformation, as an internal or external consultant. Experience in IT audit and CISA certification would be a plus


• Entrepreneur and active networker in the FS market in Suisse Romande (banking, asset management or insurance), you are used to work with C-level stakeholders and have excellent social, communication and presentation skills


• Willingness and ability to travel domestically frequently and abroad occasionally


• Proficient level in speaking and writing in English and French. German would be an asset
