JOB PURPOSE:

The process Maintenance technician is responsible about executing activities previously defined in CMMS. She/he has to follow all mandatory rules and procedures (GMP, HSE and other regulatories).

She/he will perform preventive and corrective Maintenance reaching the right first time.

She/he will be able to transfer knowledge to colleagues, document performed activities in CMMS, propose new improvement ideas, perform LOTO plans as loto specialists, fill JHAs, to be on picket and shift, to work closely with internal customers, raise event in trackwise.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Fill JHA and LOTO plans


2. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance


3. Ask for quotations and technical info to vendors


4. Improvement projects


5. Perform all mandatory trainings assigned to her/him


6. Knowledge transfer


7. Be backup of Process Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications

• Technical degree, CFC or equivalent in technical fields(Mechanical, electro-mechanical..)



• -Minimum 4 years of experience in Biotech/Pharma or chemical industries




• Good Communication




• Fluent in English OR German




• Good mechanical knowledge in process equipments (tanks, pumps, heat exchanger, valves..)
