team based in Zurich. We are a multi-disciplined and international team with the
following capabilities: Performance media, strategy and analytics, creative and content, and
account management. This integrated team is working together to deliver outstanding results
for one of our most important clients in Publicis Groupe.
The role:
We seek a committed and knowledgeable Programmatic and Technology Manager to join our
team delivering global advertising solutions for our client UBS. This is a challenging role:
integrating, analyzing and segmenting data for large scale integrated campaigns. If you are

Core responsibilities :
The Programmatic and Technology Manager, reporting to the Performance Director TeamUBS,
has the following core responsibilities:



  • Be the tech expert for all campaign & DMP data, including management, optimisation
    and analysis.

  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients
    (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing
    campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.

  • Further develop the DMP stack, user segmentation, personalization and marketing
    automation overall.

  • Work with marketing analytics to build a reporting and metrics framework.

  • Liaise with Data and Dashboard Manager to ensure consistent reporting and analysis,
    including quality control, accuracy and efficiencies.

  • Liaise with Paid Social and Search Managers to leverage user data and segments for
    campaign set up and optimization.

  • Provide and present reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when
    applicable.

  • Maintain a data-first approach and apply data insights through continual
    experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed company goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.


Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a qualified Programmatic/Data-driven Advertising Manager to join our team.
If you are an analytical tech-savvy professional, experienced in Analytics and Programmatic, we
would like to meet you. We are looking for someone who is data-driven in their approach to
marketing, quick to test and learn, has a pulse on the best performance advertising channels and
ongoing developments in the industry. The possibilities here are endless and this role requires not
only passion to perform, but drive for continuous improvements.


Pre-requisites:



  • BSc degree in Marketing, Media or Communications.

  • Proven work experience as a Programmatic Advertising Manager.

  • Expertise in DSPs and DMPs, preferably with Adform and Adobe.

  • Strong experience optimizing digital marketing campaigns as well as retargeting and
    data-driven campaigns.

  • Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc.

  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.

  • Understanding of insights driven strategy and the ability to apply insights.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.

  • Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent command of English, knowledge of German a bonus.
