We are looking for a highly motivated and well experienced Project Manager who will be operating in
a complex corporate environment with numerous interfaces and stakeholders at various levels. As
the main point of contact for project sutomers, you`ll be taking full responsibility for the safe execution
of the projects and will ensure successful on time and budget delivery as well as positive customer
experience and balance it with internal business requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for succesful execution/delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget


• Oversee commercial and technical aspects of order execution relating to several customer projects with the aim of


• ensuring quality and efficiency


• Act as reliable point of contact for customers (change management, FATs, claim management, e.g.)


• Lead a project team of qualified staff (engineering, production & testing, supply chain, logistics)


• Actively identify project risks with regard to timing, costs and contractural considerations, and initiate suitable countermeasures


• Contribute to internal (cost) improvement initiatives and activities


• Reports status/progress to internal stakeholders and customer with appropriate detail

Your background

• Bachelor`s degree e.g. Engineering or Business Administration


• Minimum three years experience managing projects


• Familiarity with drives or (traction) converter value chain


• Professional level in English and German, other languages are an asset


• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
