You will lead the Global Solution Development team and develop innovative solutions and value propositions for strategic verticals and client opportunities, thereby contributing to the SPS growth strategy. Candidates with home-base in Switzerland, Germany, UK and France can be considered. You will report directly to the Head of Global of Go-to-Market, who is member of the global Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Your role is an integral part of SPS business success. The challenge includes creating competitive advantage and differentiation, thereby contributing significantly to winning new customers and enhancing our business with existing clients. Your focus is to ensure that SPS makes a difference for their customers and to drive the SPS innovation agenda, by:
• Leading the development of highly attractive solutions that address or exceed customer needs by leveraging SPS capabilities
• Leading & developing the solution development team and the intelligent automation team in a distributed, global organization
Your Profile
The capabilities of our new Head of Global Solution Development will base on:
• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in either managing a global consulting team with pre-sales or consulting experience
• University degree in either IT, economics or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing the needs of your people and the demands of the customers
• Willingness to stay ahead of the game; you understand trends and best practices and how they can be integrated into SPS value propositions
• Good understanding of document management and outsourcing
• Experienced leader with good stakeholder management & communication skills
• Effective "hands-on", "can-do" attitude Ability to think innovatively and to engage, inspire and influence people
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to travel from
