As part of the HR Solutions department, you will lead the evolution of the HR Function with respect to the effective and rigorous management of HR risks and controls, the definition and implementation of the notion of People Risks for the Group, and the establishment of effective measures to ensure ultimate quality of HR deliverables, mainly in the space of HR Solutions.
Your role
As HR Risk Management and Quality Assurance Leader, you will support the required Risk culture within HR and towards HR stakeholders (line managers, Risk, Compliance, Audit) and will be the unquestioned authority within HR on all risks and quality assurance topics. Your role will include:
• To drive the definition, implementation and adoption of People Risks within the Group;
• To own the HR Risk Register, keep it current and ensure all related controls are fit for purpose;
• To lead the quarterly/ yearly self-assessment process with the HR ExCo members;
• To perform random checks to ensure controls are always performed and related evidences stored;
• To collaborate with the People Analytics team and define the metrics and KPIs to enable a systematic monitoring of the first and second line of defense;
• To review HR processes and ensure these are still current and controls are still fit for purpose;
• To drive the detection and escalation of incidents both within HR and the business;
• To define and implement a quality assurance framework for all HR processes/ products globally;
• To ensure the HR function is globally compliant and promptly escalate any risk;
• To drive and coordinate internal audits activities for HR.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration;
• At least 8-10 years’ working experience, previous experience as an auditor in a Big 4 would be a strong advantage;
• You have an excellent attention to detail;
• You are extremely precise, rigorous and conscientious; you would rather do one check more than one less;
• You are a world-class expert in Internal Control Systems, Risk Frameworks and Controls;
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. You are able to find simple solutions to complex problems and convey them through a clear and compelling narrative;
• You have experience with process design and re-engineering, using six sigma or other lean methodologies, driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives;
• You are familiar with SAP and specifically with SAP Business Rules framework
• You are able to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders effectively;
• Fluency in English is required. In addition, french would be an advantage;
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
