For our Group Business Development team we are looking for a dedicated personality as Corporate Venturing Program Manager (f/m). The position encompasses the following main tasks:

• You are responsible for developing investments and collaboration programs with start-ups to build a sustainable investment portfolio.


• You define processes and tools for a Corporate Venture Program and run marketing, screening, funneling and deal flow according the investment strategy.


• You develop and manage partnerships with service providers, venture communities, ecosystems, networks and manage liaisons with start-ups.


• As a driver of innovation, you lead and perform research, case analysis, financial modelling and propose investment cases.


• You support the Lead Corporate Ventures and the investment managers in case presentations and investment committee facilitation.


• You act as a spokesperson to represent the Corporate Venturing program and support portfolio development in finding and convincing supporters in the group’s business units.

Job Requirements

• You have got a Master in a technology field and a further education in economics (i.e. MBA)


• You can exhibit at least five years of relevant work experience with Corporate Business Development, Venture Capital or Corporate Venturing as analyst or program manager.


• You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills. At the same time, you are very self-driven with a proactive approach, autonomy and a good self- and time-management.


• You have got an analytical capability as well as conceptual skills.


• You have very good English skills thanks to your wide experience in international projects.


• Travel willingness of up to 20% is important
