Key Account Manager


YOUR MISSION



  • Take full responsibility for all sales activities of your defined customers

  • Ensure business growth by finding and developing new project opportunities and cross-selling activities with defined customers

  • Understand your customer’s business, needs as well as its product applications

  • Establish and continuously extend a multi-layer business relationship with your customers and match it with our internal functions

  • Understand the decision making process of your customer and you can speak to 

  • Lead customer Relationship management & sales funnel Management

  • Engage and collaborate with all required internal resources to drive success (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Internal Sales)


YOU ARE


A specialist on one or more of our business areas (Fluid Handling Technology, Driving Technology, Anti-vibration Technology, etc.), a technical person by profession and with mind-set of deep commercial understanding who loves client relationship and sales!


You have a proven track record of Key Account Management (7+ years) and you feel ‘at home’ with any of our product groups.


You are fluent in English and German, with French being a big plus. You are willing to travel nationally (around 60%) by car and can already rely on a good home office structure.


This position requires a positive, persuasive, independent and self-driven personality who is at ease talking to C-level stakeholders as well as buyers and who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves. Your structured way of thinking convinces customers as well as internal engineers.
