Trademark Assistant (m/f) 80 - 100 %

We are looking for an experienced administrative trademark assistant 80 - 100% for our trademark team. The main tasks in this role include:

• Providing general administrative support to our Trademark Department


• Docketing emails in our electronic archiving system ensuring that the files are in always good order


• Keeping the deadlines of our trademark and domain name portfolio through our database


• Assisting in trademark prosecution before the IGE, WIPO and corresponding with the network of our trademark attorneys worldwide.


• Assisting with notarization and legalization procedures


• Assisting in domain names registration and maintenance

Mobility needs you

You are a proactive team-player and a cheerful personality who is capable of working in an responsible and autonomous manner and who is passionate about the trademark work and organization. Further requirements may include:

• 3 years’ experience in the trademark administration, knowledge of WinPat or Unycom is a plus


• Sound knowledge of trademark prosecution and forms before IGE and WIPO


• Extremely detail oriented and organized


• Native in German and fluent in English, French of advantage


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Proactive, team-player, cheerful personality, capable of working in an responsible and autonomous manner, passionate about trademark work and organization
