PSA Finance Suisse SA, located in Schlieren near Zürich, is looking forward to strengthening the team from around June/July 2020


IT Support / Helpdesk 50%



  • Ensuring the ongoing operation of all IT systems (PCs, network, servers, printers)

  • Implementation and monitoring of backups, outsourcing of data backup tapes


Helpdesk: Receipt and recording of incidents and other orders, their processing and elimination or forwarding to higher-level positions. Support of staff in the use of the provided IT solutions


ASL-Function: Procurement and regular monitoring of IT access rights



  • Creation of IT reporting (eg Task management, HD-Statistics, CallCenter Statistics)

  • Cooperation with local suppliers and service providers

  • Support and Administration in the configuration of the PABX and ACD system
