For our Operations department in Geneva we are looking for a




 Service Center & GTW Manager, 100%



starting upon agreement.




YOUR TASKS



Plan, direct and control Facility and Route operations activity to ensure the efficient running of all operational related activity.Achieve agreed service and cost targets in terms of SQI and Country Internal Service measurements and Facility and Distribution Cost Budgets, whilst ensuring that the necessary network service levels and employee satisfaction standards are achieved.


Lead, coordinate Gateways financial contribution to the overall country revenue and EBIT results through commercial selling processes. Manage and strive the Gateways Department by detailed strategy planning in accordance to given Gateways strategy and its implementation.Define tactics to ensure constant improvement in service, quality, performance, processes and cost management. Manage a large team of dedicated professionals usually through subordinates.


YOUR PROFILE


Divisional Experience



  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in DHL or another role externally


Functional Experience



  • Experience of 2-4 years of related field operations, or equivalent.

  • Complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts.

  • An advanced understanding of specific aspects of work supervised. Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts.

Education / Qualification / Certification

  • Technical Business Degree or Commercial Business Degree or top self made person with proven record in an international or national Process.

  • Min. 2 years experience on supervision level within an international or national operational environment.

  • Experience in the international and national Process

  • Excellent knowledge of DHL products, policies, services and systems. Good knowledge of transportation Good user knowledge of office applications as Word, Excel, Power point


Language Requirements



  • English / Middle-high level (MANDATORY)

  • Local language / Mother Language (French fully fluent writing & speaking)
