Senior Associate/Fixed Share Partner

Fortior Law is a growing dispute resolution practice in Geneva, Switzerland. We specialise in international arbitration and English litigation particularly in the fields of international trade and shipping.

We are looking for a senior associate or a fixed share partner to be based in Geneva.

The role will involve:

1. Supervision of associates and administrative staff.

 

1. Managing litigation and arbitration proceedings.

 

1. Transactional work in relation to shipping and international trading projects.

 

1. Marketing the firm’s business in Switzerland, the CIS and the Middle East.

 

The successful candidate will fulfil the following requirements:

 

1. Admission to the roll of solicitors in England.

 

1. At least five years of post-admission experience, excluding any training contract.

 

1. At least five years of experience in English commercial litigation and international arbitration.

 

1. At least three years of experience in shipping and international trade law.

 

Candidates who speak Russian and/or are qualified in Switzerland will be given priority.
