WE RECRUIT: A support coordinator within our Enterprise Application Services Department
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our applications are deployed worldwide across a community of more than 20.000 users,you will have the opportunity to work on very diverse topics such as:
WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree in Information technology or engineering or Business Administration
Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization)
Hands-on experience in at least one specific SAP module
Working knowledge of integration points
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Credibility as a central contact for the business for Support matters
ITIL certified is a plus
Min. 6 years SAP experience with focus on SD, MM, or LE
At least 1 full SAP cycle implementation
At least 1 year in a Support function
International exposure
Experience working with offshore resources
English (Mandatory)
French is a plus
