Description

Unit8 is looking for a Technical Engagement Lead to support our new engagements. You will collaborate closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals. You will be representing and working closely with our engineering team to deliver products and solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients to understand their problems and challenges.


• Maintain high-quality relationships with key stakeholders.


• Advise client on technical solutions and explain different tradeoffs.


• Work together with engineering team to implement the solutions.


• Represent team and ensure good working environment.


• Present and demo work to stakeholders and top management.


• Help scope and draft proposals for new engagements.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Software/data science background, or similar.


• Technical expert in one of the following: ML/data science, data engineering or software engineering.


• 3+ years experience leading projects or teams.


• You are familiar with and enjoy working in agile environment.


• Top communication skills.
