Your mission:


Your mission will consist of ensuring the various aspects of intellectual property for different clients:



  • Managing international portfolios

  • Availability searches, oppositions, follow-up of litigations

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts in the field of intellectual property.


Profile:



  • At least two years' experience as an IP lawyer in Switzerland.

  • Languages: French and English are essential (oral and written), German would be an asset
