Support and contribute to segment driven innovation and development projects in the area of dry processing of calcium carbonate and other minerals
Independent development of new product ideas and applications for dry products
Validation and development of new dry grinding aids
Maintain the technical contact to the additive suppliers, external institutes and other partners
Support operations and the regions in questions related to dry griding aids
Independent planning, execution and reporting of trials
Independent organization of pilot and production trials
Management of one FTE and participation in the laboratory management including organizational, safety and environmental aspects
Scientific or technical education (University or Fachhochschule) preferably in Mining, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food, Pharma, Agriculture, Engineering
Bachelor, Master or PhD degree
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience is a must
Good communication and leadership skills
Innovative and hands-on personality with experience in international work environment
Hands on personality
Sound knowledge in English, written and spoken. Additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
Flexible and motivated to travel to internal and external partners (approximately 10-20%)
