For our Research and Development team in Zurich we are looking for a Team Leader Software for Quantum Computing.
Your responsibilities
Lead a team of highly skilled software engineers working on ZI’s Quantum Computing Control System (QCCS)
Contribute to the software development in specific areas leveraging on your senior technical expertise in C++ and Python
Act as a technical reference and coach for team members on all seniority levels
Hire and onboard new team members in close collaboration with ZI’s HR team
Manage short- and long-term skill development of the team
Drive all aspects of people development in line with ZI’s people management processes
Organize interfaces and collaboration with other teams in particular with Product Management
Ensure fair compensation in accordance with ZI’s salary policies
Your profile
MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
At least 3 years of previous experience as a Software Team Leader in the domain of C++ and Python
Proven track record in people and team development in a fast-changing organization
Hands-on experience in working with agile software development methods
Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
