Your responsibilities

• Internal responsibility of one of two large scopes within the overall project (2-3 years) during the project execution phase of complex large energy from waste plant projects (up to a volume of EUR 400 million), in accordance with the contract


• In this internal role you report directly to the Project Director of the Energy of Waste Projects


• Main contact person for the Project Director and management of the technical project managers for the assigned scope during the different project phases, interacting with other teams as procurement, controlling, scheduling, etc.


• Leading a project team mainly allocated in Zurich


• Willingness and ability to travel (10 - 20%)

Your experiences

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with additional commercial education


• 7+ years’ experience in a project leading position, incl. technical and commercial responsibilities


• Management of complex international projects is an additional asset


• Proven project management (IPMA), team building and coaching skills


• Good commercial and legal awareness


• Ability to conduct negotiations with internal and external stakeholders and to mediate and resolve conflicts


• Strong presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus


• Good MS Office skills


• Result oriented, highly flexible, resilient, problem solving and creative attitude
