Our team is expanding with the huge growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.

Your Team:

Your Mission:

• Manage our talent systems (HRIS, Greenhouse, L&D platform) on a daily basis while exploring how they can be optimized and integrated more seamlessly into the overall system landscape


• Ensure high-quality talent data across systems, and be in charge of creating analytics that support in steering business solutions


• Continuously evaluate how processes and workflows can be optimized and look for chances to automate


• Contribute to great operations support in the areas of onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and offboarding


• Collaborate especially with Talent Business Partners as well as colleagues in Controlling and Finance to support global projects and drive innovation

Your Story:

• 5+ years of experience with talent systems (implementations and administration) 


• Data-driven and analytical mindset - experience working with data - analyzing large amounts of complex data and synthesizing into simple, measurable and actionable recommendations. 


• Solution-driven approach - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of solving problems


• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player who likes to share expertise as well as learn from others while working cross-functionally


• Can-do-attitude and entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when challenged


• A passion for innovation and process improvement - to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
