For our Business Expert Team we are looking for a proactive and structured thinking, target-oriented personality who likes to move in an interface function. 

Your tasks

• Drive pro-active process optimization and change management


• Consult with business stakeholders in process design and management


• Move into digitization


• Act as business process expert to ensure sustainability and improvement of business processes, focus area quote to contract (CRM)


• Support process alignment across segments and within Switzerland and Italy to optimize efficiency


• Consult and support business on a day to day basis in how-to questions, design and implementation of organisational and procedural changes, take role of project coordinator for bigger initiatives


• Responsible for implementation of processes including incident and change management of involved application with global IT service center


• Monitoring and reporting of the performance of processes


• Act as deputy within team of experts based on a holistic understanding of company as a whole and underlying processes and applications


• Additional focus area in SAP LE (transport cost management)

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology


• 5+ years of work experience in an industrial commercial field


• Very good knowledge of relevant IT tools, SalesForce, SAP LE, SAP SD


• Knowledge in digitization and related development concepts (SCRUM)


• Experience and understanding of business-to-business (industrial goods) environment


• Competence in change, project and process management


• Promotes cooperation, ability to interact and communicate with internal and external clients


• Initiative, resilient and independent


• Dynamic and hands-on personality, high level of flexibility, high stress tolerance


• Able to work on his/her own initiative, well organized, cultural sensitivity


• Growth Mindset with effective & targeted communication
