We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to support the HR VP and Head of Access and Innovative Value Strategies Europe & Canada based in Zug/ Switzerland.

As the Personal Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the team.
The Europe & Canada commercial division consists of a team of more than 5000 people, based across more than 30 markets. The PA role, and the Europe/Canada regional function, will be based in our vibrant Zug office. The role will be a key member of the regional Europe & Canada team, and will work closely with inspirational leaders and business experts across some of the most exciting projects and products in the company.
In this role you will act as PA, providing comprehensive, high quality support, planning time and prioritizing workloads to ensure they carry out their role efficiently and effectively. You will develop your understanding of their contribution to the delivery of our business objectives, as well as those of Each business group within AstraZeneca’s global organization.
You will role model the highest personal and professional standards whilst providing focus and encouraging collaboration. As a Personal Assistant you will work with peers across the AstraZeneca/ Personal Assistant Team in the Europa & Canada, the global as well as the Swiss organization, to set standards and drive continuous improvement.
As Personal Assistant you will draw on your experience, insight and judgement to assess complex, ambiguous and often high impact challenges, and recommend solutions that support decision making within operational guidelines. Acting proactively and reactively, you will ensure the Head of Access and Innovative Value Strategies and VPHR are updated and briefed on emerging issues. Combining flexibility with on-time delivery in a dynamic working environment, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and presentation are achieved.
