In our Business Development Manager roles, we are looking for someone to achieve and exceed gross profit targets by sourcing new business in Switzerland, through face-to-face consultative selling and targeting of new business prospects.
Responsibilities include:
Medical and Security Membership
Advisory and Solutions for granting access to western medical care in remote environments (ranging from clinics to onsite medical staffing)
Medical & Travel Security Consulting (ranging from pandemic advisory to security evacuation planning)
Medical & Security Awareness Trainings, including e-learning based
Travel Tracker
Understand customer needs, requirements and market trends, identify buying influences and develop contacts at the highest appropriate levels within target clients and prospects
Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Drive the growth of cross-border sales through proactive international cooperation & coordination with other regions and the Global Accounts team
Manage the implementation of new business won, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service to clients
