You Offer

 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • Min. 7-10 years of experience either in financial services (business development / sales management / performance management or alike) or in a strategy consulting firm

  • Exceptional analytical, project management and conceptual skills; passionate about sales and performance topics

  • Persuasive, positive personality combined with strong communication/presentation skills and a structured approach

  • Hands-on and service-oriented attitude with a high level of self-motivation to deliver pragmatic solutions

  • Effective player coach with strong presence and can-do mentality

  • Outstanding MS Office skills esp. in PPT and XLS – affinity for data analytics is considered a plus

  • Very good command of German and English – further language skills are considered an asset
