Tasks

• Management and support of the Lucerne IT infrastructure environment as well as telephone system


• Administration of IT systems such as Office 365 and Active Directory


• User support for Lucerne office


• Support and resolve IT security related incidents


• Collaborate in IT projects

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Information Technologist (Federal Diploma) or higher education in Computer Science


• 1 – 2 years of work experience in similar role


• Familiar with IT standard processes based on ITIL; Incident, change and problem management


• Strong willingness to keep learning


• Structured, self-organized personality with an analytical approach


• Fluent in English and ideally German; able to work in a multinational, matrix organisation


• Passion for Japanese culture
