Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic detail oriented professional for the full-time, permanent position of Process Documentation Team Lead, located in our Lausanne office. This managerial position is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about managing administrative processes for the Publishing Development Department.


Reporting to the Senior Manager of Publishing Development and working closely with the whole Publishing Development Department with key activities, the position will focus on the daily support of the growth of our journals portfolio.


Main responsibilities include:



  • Oversee our Fee Support Program including budget and workflow responsibility as well as providing timely evaluation of fee support applications and ensuring we provide excellent customer service and meet SLA.

  • Providing regular reports on the use of the Fee Support Program to Senior Management and liaising the wider Publishing Development department.

  • Supporting journal teams with department wide strategic activities, including journal promotion activities. This also includes responsibility for designing and communicating effective workflows, documentation, Standard Operating Procedures and reporting outcomes. There may be a requirement to work with third parties.

  • Reporting to a Senior Manager within the Publishing Development Department



  • Managing a team of 1-2 Administrative Assistants Working closely with the Success Management Team, Journal Teams and stakeholders across the business to improve cross-departmental processes


Requirements



  • The ability to work autonomously with a solution-focused mindset, someone who is always ready to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile

  • Experience managing processes will be a plus.

  • Ability to use efficiently Microsoft Package

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to prioritise high volume of work and to propose proactive solutions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge is shared appropriately
