We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and positive personality. In this position, you will support our GBS Finance Front Office teams and our Swiss companies by improving and stabilizing our financial End to End processes together with our shared service centers and the business units. You will also design and improve the existing processes and prepare them for further digitalization and standardization.

You will act as change agent with our businesses and lead different cross-functional projects as well as review the governance of the related processes. We further expect you to lead the continuous improvement and work with the GBS Finance Front Office teams to achieve the targeted KPIs.

You act as a coach to guide and develop colleagues in handling process improvements as well as acquiring the right mindset to manage projects.


Your responsibilities



  • Lead the Purchase to Pay End to End Improvement Project

  • Support GBS Finance Management Team in O2C and R2R E2E Improvements

  • Review process capability and initiate continuous improvement actions

  • Drive data analytics and push digitalization among financial processes as well as standardization over processes and governances

  • Act as a project lead for the non-ERP financial tool optimization and different global initiatives

  • Responsibility to ensure that all processes and changes are compliant with ARIC Finance


Your background



  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or similar, ideally combined with knowledge in process engineering

  • At least 8 years professional experience in change and project management

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a must

  • Data analytics capability and sound professional competences in digitalization and automation

  • Experience in ERP Systems (ERP, Oracle) and professional skills in MS Office (Excel)

  • You convince through independent work, resilient personality and sense of responsibility

  • Fluency in English and German
