In this role

• With your experience, you are actively contributing to build-up and lead a dedicated web/frontend team in German speaking market


• You will take over the management of challenging web projects (front-end and/or CMS based) on behalf of our clients and ensure they are delivered in time, scope, budget and quality


• Participate to pre-sales activities to develop new business opportunities and offers (work estimation, proposal definition and writing, presentation to customers)


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners


• Organize and lead project committee, business and technical workshops


• Perform risk management, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required and report and escalate to management as needed


• You are collaborating web/frontend activities with leaders and members of Mobile, UX and XR teams in the same line of business

About your profile

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• An academic degree in Computer Sciences or Communication Systems with at least five years’ hands-on experience on customer projects within an IT service company


• Proven experience as a team and/or project leader in the realization of digital projects (web, CMS). Ability to challenge the technical decisions.


• Interpersonal and leadership skills


• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and spoken


• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, problem solving and analytical skills


• Pre-sales experience to demonstrate added value of proposed solution & approach


• Front-end (preferably Angular), JavaScript, and CMS +.Net knowledges


• Capability to work in German and English, French knowledge being an asset
