Role and function |
Key is to lead and influence the countries to place their bets on the subject and subsequently supporting them in landing and achieving it. The Customer Experience & Delivery Excellence has always to be the focus and key success metric. The Subject Leader is part of the Software Lifecycle Management Organization and will contribute as part of the Leadership team to the overall success. SoftwareONE defines a 'subject' as a single solution, or family of solutions, that are offered to customers/the market which achieve a specific business outcomes.
Target is to run an industry recognized best in class subject regionally which drives lead generation without a sales push. Ownership is key with clear customer focus and operational excellence (delivery) in mind!

Core Accountabilities |
· The subject leader is the “Business Owner (single point of contact) for Digital Supply Chain” and is responsible for the P&L along with the end-2-end accountability · An industry expert for Digital Supply Chain/Digitized Procurement and therefore driving the strategy with its priorities with the focus of landing it with the countries in an “entrepreneurial spirit” · You will build the framework to enable the success in regions around the world to achieve the global financial targets through the local country business plans
· Securing the portfolio (with Innovation & Technology), commercial models (with Sales) and efficient delivery (with the Dynamic Resource Model - Delivery). All in close alignment with respective processes: · Definition of the portfolio is by the Subject Lead in close collaboration with the product manager · Define the portfolio across Advisory, Delivery and re-active managed services (break-fix), example Unified Support · Execution of the portfolio (engineering and productization) is with I&T
· Measured indirectly against the overall P&L of the subject and therefore driving all aspects to achieve it · Actively engaging with the countries for local execution of sales enablement (account management & pre-sales), GTM, service operations (Dynamic Resource Model - Delivery) · Engage and hold other business units, specifically service operations, solution sales, service business administration accountable for the benefit of an efficient and effective landing of the subject in the countries and regions. · Holding the Product Manager in I&T accountable (who is leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) for the subject), ensuring all involved parties are clear on their responsibilities and therefore successfully deliver · Possessing technical and entrepreneurial expertise to become a clear go to person for the region · Supporting in customer activities (sales & delivery) including measuring the health/experience in order to implement the learnings · Ensure through the Service Delivery Lead(s) a world class delivery engine which is customer focused and measured through a customer satisfaction platform · Create and actively drive a global collaboration amongst global, regional subject leads and local team leads

Skills Requirement |
· Understanding of how to manage a P&L · Ability to effectively lead people including when no direct reporting line exists · Demonstrate clear end-2-end leadership for Digital Supply Chain: Across Innovation, Sales and Delivery Functions (Plan, Build, Run) · Effective coordination & collaboration amongst teams as well as in projects · Efficient use of resources while showing a role model attitude of “getting things done also myself” · Able to learn quickly, and keep pace with rapid changes in the Digital Supply Chain space, including the introduction and deployment of new methods & technologies into SoftwareONE’s Services Business · Lead & Contribute knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
· Advanced Project Management experience · Advanced Consulting skills · Advanced business writing skills for customer deliverables
· Effective Business solutioning skills to present also complex designs (Ability to articulate the business value and outcome) · Define correct skill requirements and effectively work cross vertical
· Frequently produces content for the service community internally and externally (community, blogs, whitepapers, ...) · Possess foundational working knowledge of general principles of IT Industry Standards (ITIL, Six Sigma)

· Industry certification focused on ITSM workflows, enterprise processes, procurement strategies and other areas in/around the Digital Supply Chain / outsourced Procurement domain. · In-depth experience with technologies such as Jira, Teams, Microsoft Office

· Demonstrated across a number of companies and industries relevant experience in the field of Digital Supply Chain / outsourced Procurement (Leadership, Delivery and Pre-Sales) · Demonstrated across a number of companies and industries in leading directly small (10+) to mid-size teams and operating in a complex matrix organisation · Up to 50% traveling |
