The role


The Global Services Organization is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duties will be to manage a contractual management framework for our Services organization.  Working alongside our Global Legal experts this person will be responsible for establishing and managing our contractual templates ensuring all company commercial policies are adhered to.  This individual will also work directly with our Service Leaders around the globe to manage our partner contractual and operational obligations and support the needs of the business to ensure that the proper agreements are established and periodically reviewed.


A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate exceptional writing skills, a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company and work with stakeholders to mitigate them. You should also analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, ensuring adherence to a common framework, while ensuring compliance. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.


 


Core Accountabilities



  • Support the development and maintain Service Contract template standards

  • Manage the Service Contract review process during product release ensuring all Service Contracts align commercially, legally, and visually to company models and are written in manners that are easy to understand ensuring a stronger customer experience

  • Version control management, release and localization of Service Contracts

  • Maintain a Worldwide Service Contract template library to support Front End Automation

  • Oversee the development of Data Protection Agreements for all Service Offerings

  • Develop and manage framework for management of ISV and other Services Partners

  • Ensure all Partner agreements have alignment of terms to framework and support the exception handling process.

  • Establish and maintain a Partner contract database to manage the storage of associated agreements and key data points for the management of the partner relationships

  • Support Subsidiary and Services leadership team on the education and adherence to our standards.

  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners

  • Review and update existing contracts

  • Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties

  • Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts

  • Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms

  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping’s)

  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records


What we need to see from you



  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role

  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts

  • Familiarity with accounting procedures

  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners

  • BSc degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus

  • Confident and humble individual that’s highly motivated and oriented on results, teamwork and learning;

  • Ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level or executive level customer personnel in regard to positioning solutions;

  • Being able to work effectively with anyone with different skillsets;

  • Strong structural work methods, multi-tasking and time management skills;

  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills.

  • Travel required, up to 25%. Mostly within defined region and occasionally related to global workshops.

  • Expert Technical Writing Skills (English)

  • Contractual Management Frameworks and Management methodologies.

  • Project management, IT tools and process management experience

  • University degree preferred (in the field of Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration and/or or equivalent combination of experience and education)

  • Overall 5-10 years of experience with establishing contractual governance frameworks, negotiation and management of contractual templates and a proven track record managing partner contracts for a Services organization.
