Your responsibilities
Answering worldwide tenders
Order processing and shipping, focusing on the management of world-wide deliveries
Invoicing and settlement follow up
Being a regular point of contact for international customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
Interfacing with logistics partners and customs agencies
Your profile
KV-degree or BSc/MSc in Business Administration or equivalent
4+ years of experience in the private sector, with relevant background in order processing and shipping; tendering process knowledge is a plus
Preferably some experience in business fulfillment improvement processes (e.g. automation)
Full professional proficiency in English and German, any additional language is an advantage (e.g. French)
Communication skills suitable for high-quality customer interaction, excellent organizational skills with a good sense of prioritization and high attention to detail
