What you will do



  • You will be responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, closing new businesses and growing the existing customer base mainly in the European market.

  • As part of the Sales team, you will define the sales plan with our VP Sales and build account strategy on your territory.

  • Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future technical needs.

  • Absorb and analyse feedback from the market and communicate that back to the product team to help drive the product road map.

Who you are


· You’re a result-driven and high-energy professional with sales experience in Large Accounts.


· You understand very quickly how a new technology can improve productivity / quality.


· You like to share your enthusiasm by showing how Olympe can bring immediate value to customers.


· You have the ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts.


· You have strong sales and communication skills.



  • You are comfortable with presenting technical solutions and demos.


· You have demonstrated success of working independently as well as working in a partner based eco-system.


Requirements


· You have 5_+_ years experience in selling enterprise software and services to business and IT executives.


· You have an end-to-end experience in the sales process, including prospection, closing and go to market strategy.


· You have experience in developing insightful and strategic territory plans which focuses on building strong pipeline of opportunities.


· You’re fluent in English and French.


· You‘re willing to travel in Europe and USA.


The icing on the cake if



  • You have experiences in supply chain, logistic and/or manufacturing.


· You speak German and/or other European language.
