Join our highly motivated Global Reconciliation Service Centre Switzerland team, which is part of Group Operations, as the Reconciliations Lead for Global Reconciliations Service Delivery and Oversight.


We offer

  • You will lead all aspects of vendor performance management and engagement

  • You will be in charge of standardizing global reconciliation processes, controls and Management Information as well as improving existing Management Information Systems structure, governance and transparency

  • This fast paced role encompasses balance sheet substantiation, General Ledger controls and sign-offs as well as execution and integrity of daily checks and controls

  • This role ensures compliance with Credit Suisse policies and alignment with our standards on Conducts and Ethics and liaises closely with internal and external audit and regulators

  • Leading innovation using disruptive and tactical technology in service execution, delivery and governance

  • Functional alignment to overall reconciliations and settlements strategies improvements to operating model, standards and governance

  • Open to discussing flexible/ agile working

You offer



  • A university degree in Finance or an equivalent degree

  • Proven experiences within Capital Markets and preferably Investment Banking Operations

  • Skilled around vendor oversight or delivery

  • Good understanding of topics around balance sheet and General Ledger substantiation

  • Technical know-how of the monthly General Ledger sign-off processes as well as experiences in Management Information Systems, data intelligence and analytics are beneficial

  • 3-5 years of experiences in Nostro / Depot Reconciliations and Controls will be advantageous

  • Are you looking to excel on our team with your high level of integrity and dedication to working in a changing and challenging environment?

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German skills are advantageous
