Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Customer projects in Organizational Change Management (OCM).


• Working up need for change from strategic initiatives, and from implementation of enterprise and corporate change management


• Guidance and development of cultural change processes.


• Methodically structured lead of OCM-initiatives.


• Development and realisation of plans regarding, communication strategies, sponsor road-maps, trainings, and resistance-management


• Consulting/ Coaching of teams within the project.


• Stakeholder Management.


• Customer support in the definition of new functional roles and responsibilities.


• Acquisition of projects.


• Customer-relationship management of existing contacts.


• Participation in the conceptual development of business consulting and OCM as an ARCONDIS Service


• Onboarding and mentoring of (Junior) Consultants to external projects.

Your profile:

• Academic education with a technical or scientific specialization


• At least 5 years of experience in the topics change management, organizational development and cultural change – preferred in consulting


• Experience with diverse OCM- techniques and tools, e.g. PCI, Prosci certification.


• Confident with project management techniques.


• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.


• Excellent communication skills in English and German.


• Willingness to travel.
