Weare currently recruiting for an accomplished Data Analytics Senior Manager to take an immediate (100%) assignment in our Operational HQ in Zurich. In this role, you will report to the Head of Data Analytics and be responsible for
the management of worldwide marketing-relevant data (including data extraction, processing and reporting)
driving new projects and ideas in alignment with different stakeholders across all affiliates and partners
proactively identifying actionable insights, giving recommendations and following up on the execution
further developing data science capabilities
Ideal candidates will have good business acumen and extensive experience of stakeholder and project management. Proven experience in the Pharma/Biotec sector, either in consultancy or in-house functions is considered a great advantage. A strong background in computer science and a strong skill set in the following technologies is required:
MS SQL Server (or similar database management skills)
Python (ideally incl. machine learning techniques)
MS PowerBI (or similar BI tool)
JavaScript (familiarity with d3.JS is considered a great plus)
This role will require a high level of cross functional interaction and internal customer management, as such you will be a great communicator, able to move between technical and non-technical discussions, as well as being able to translate business needs into actionable items.
