Power Integrations, Inc., is a Silicon Valley-based supplier of high-performance electronic components used in high-voltage power-conversion systems. Our SCALE™ IGBT drivers enhance the efficiency, reliability and cost of high-power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar and wind energy systems, electric vehicles and high-voltage DC transmission. 

As Supply Chain Analyst you are responsible for maintaining, developing and improving the planning processes and strategies within the Power Integrations Gate Driver Division. This includes the improvement and maintenance of our supply chain systems & processes, the maintenance of master data and the mid to long term supply and capacity planning with our manufacturing partners. The job involves intensive internal coordination with IT, marketing and purchasing as well as external collaboration with manufacturing partners and component suppliers. As Supply Chain Analyst you are also responsible for the collection, reporting and analysis of supply chain data to monitor performance and drive the monthly S&OP cycle with all stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for planning, supply and inventory strategies of the Power Integrations Gate Driver Division

  • Responsible for advanced planning and scheduling system (APS) – enhancement projects, data maintenance, planning validation, coordination with other divisions of Power Integrations

  • Lead the monthly S&OP including preparation, performance measurement and KPI reporting

  • Strategic supply and capacity planning e.g. through monthly rolling forecast to manufacturing partners

  • Participation in supply chain projects (system enhancements, process improvements etc.)

  • Responsible for master data maintenance and strategy (Kinaxis RR, Agile PLM, Oracle) and continuously drive automation and simplification of master data systems and processes within the organization

  • Strategic component planning through risk assessment and inventory management with manufacturing partners, product development and purchasing


 


Education and work experience:



  • University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Informatics

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar Supply Chain role

  • Fluent in English, German of advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basics of Word & PowerPoint

  • Experience as a materials planner of advantage

  • Experience in the electronics industry of advantage


 


Professional expertise:



  • Broad experience in maintaining and analyzing Supply Chain data to drive improvements

  • Knowledge of advanced planning systems (ideally Kinaxis RR)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Oracle)

  • Experience analyzing business processes and developing improvement projects
