Your new role


  • You will be responsible for specific areas within the Group Strategy process and you work close together with the group finance department in the field of the strategic planning logic

  •  Another main task is the design and implementation of a new and modern process for the Strategy Review

  • You participate in group strategy workshops and represent Corporate Development in organizational development initiatives

  • You will take over project responsibility and lead projects on market, segment and functional strategies

  • You will develop and roll-out strategic planning tools for group units, including training, support and quality assurance

  • An important focus of the position is the collaboration with your colleagues in advancing business excellence troughout the group
What you'll need to succeed


  • You possess outstanding skills in stakeholder oriented communication as well as facilitation of workshops combined with a high strategic methodological competence

  • Successfully completed master's degree in business administration or economics with a specialization in Strategic Management

  • At minimum three to five years' work experience in the area of corporate development

  • ·Your positive and ‘can-do’ attitude enables you to bring the right people and departments together and create a collaborative working environment

  • You are able to combine creativity and openness with tackling tasks at hand

  • A high affinity for digitisation is desirable

  • You are convincing through your high personal responsibility, determination and by acting with a sense of urgency

  • Highly self-driven with an urge for continuous improvement

  • You communicate fluently in German and English, Spanish is an advantage
