Your Responsibilities

In your position as DevOps-Engineer for cloud computing, you will be responsible to build-up and maintain a scalable cloud service architecture for a fast-growing multi-media app. As part of a cross functional SCRUM team, your responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a scalable, and highly-available cloud architecture for a multi-media app


• Setting-up and maintaining automated testing and deployment systems (CI/CD)


• Constant monitoring and optimization of the backend, with respect to availability, performance, and security


• Prototype, test and integrate new functionalities, based on user-feedback


• Set-up and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor the operation of front- and backend


• Consulting and mentoring of colleagues

Your qualifications    

• University degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience with further education


• Good backend programming knowledge, preferably for multi-media applications


• Good working knowledge of scalable cloud technologie


• Good working experience with Kubernetes and service meshes


• Experience in installing and maintaining CI/CD systems


• Preferred: experience in deploying deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow


• Languages: English (full proficiency), German preferred
