Salesforce Application Developer - 200004Q4 As a Salesforce Developer/Architect for a salesforce-based application within the Commercial Insurance segment for International Program Business, you will augment a high-profile team working on key applications managing international insurance programs. Your Role As a Developer/Architect for a salesforce-based application you will
work in a great team with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and closely with business key stakeholders to accommodate their requirements within Salesforce functionalities
drive new feature development for our salesforce application through developing, maintaining and testing
design IT solutions together with Business and IT and provide guidance to the project team
interact with Software Developers of up- and downstream applications
consult and support local IT representatives regarding data exchange with central systems.
respond to application problem tickets as necessary and act as application expert in case of incidents and/or problems.
Required Skills and Experience As a salesforce developer/architectyour skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 or more years of related experience as Software Developer/Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce based applications (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud)
Experience on the full software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing)
Proficient in Object Oriented Design concepts and patterns including integration
Experience with Salesforce technologies including
Salesforce Standard configurations
Lightning Process Builder
Visual Workflow
Lightning component
Apex (Classes, Triggers, Jobs, Unit Tests)
SOQL, SOSL
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with XML and JSON
Experience with IDE Tools such as IntelliJ, GIT versioning tool and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (preferably using Azure) is an advantage
Good knowledge of Windows system environments, Database systems, data modeling, Java and/or ASP.NET programming language is an advantage
Team player with the ability to communicate effectively on technical topics and progress with different stakeholders
Creative and analytical thinker with the capacity to challenge requirements and focus on delivery
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Certified Platform Developer I a plus
Very good oral and written communication skills in English
