The Position

The aim of Group Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Protection (Group SHE) is to ensure business continuity and SHE compliance by protecting people, the environment and our assets. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a person who can perform the following tasks:

• You participate in IT initiatives and projects within Group SHE


• You offer technical support for IT infrastructure issues and first level support for Group SHE


• You assist in data management and data archiving as well as providing support to the different document management systems


• You archive study results in the Research Document Repository (RDR)


• You perform administrative work within the department


• You organize and coordinate internal and external meetings. These include workshops, events, travels and video conferences

Who you are

You are a person who is used to working independently in an international environment and to actively relieving the workload of the employees in the work area.

You are open to new ideas and question conventional thinking.

Qualifications:

• You possess very good computer skills and are good at dealing with IT issues


• Project management experience is desirable


• You have very good verbal and written skills in English and German


• Sound know-how in science would be an advantage


• You are a practically oriented person who can deal with all kinds of issues


• You have organizational skills


• You are careful, responsible and can work independently


• You are a team player
